The indicated fees and charges are a summary of those indicated in Royal Legislative Decree 2/2011 of 5 September approving the Revised Text of the Law on State Ports and the Merchant Navy, published in the Official State Bulletin no. 253 of 20 October 2011, together with the correction of errors and modifications made in the Law on Budgets and Royal Decree-Law 1/2014 of 24 January on reforms for infrastructures and transportation, and other economic measures, which should be consulted to obtain a precise definition of them.
