Sport and recreational vessels
Fee for sport and recreational vessels (T-5) (ART. 223-230)
- Applicable to:Use of the service zone of the port and fixed port buildings and facilities, as well as for stays, for crew members and passengers, use of docks and access roads. The vessel must not be transporting goods, and the passengers must not be travelling on cruises or tourist excursions.
- Payable by: The owner, freight forwarder, captain or skipper. For concessions or authorisations, by the Concessionaire or Authorised party.
- Payment due: When the vessel enters the waters of the service zone or when the mooring is made available to the vessel.
- Amount: Quote = Surface (m2) * coeficient * E * number of days stayed
- E = 0,124
- Surface = total length (m) * beam (m)
Resident vessels are those that are authorised to remain in the port for a period of six (6) months or longer.
Transient/visiting vessels are non-resident and are authorised to remain in the port for less than six (6) months.
The fee will be applied as long as they have a mooring allocated to them, regardless of the number of arrivals and departures.
For access to mooring or anchoring in Zone I or within the port waters per unit of surface and calendar day or fraction thereof

Waters not under concession: the fee will be 80% higher than the amount indicated in this section.
If the installations are wholly or partially within Zone II, and when the vessel remains in Zone II or outside of the port waters, the fee will be 30%. If the vessel is in Zone I, the full amount must be paid.
Payment in advance for facilities not under concession, required for:
- Visiting vessels for authorised stopovers.
- For vessels based in the port for periods of between six (6) months and one (1) year.
In concessions, the simplified estimate system may be used, unless expressly waived, with a discount of 25% applicable to the last two (2) years.
